Just want to applaud Pedro and Cilinia and the team at Coffee Parts.  

I bought some parts from them yesterday and they were so friendly, helpful and professional. Posted out to me the same afternoon and Ive received them already, and they even threw in some discount for CSers

I cant recommend them highly enough.

emailed pedro today needing two small o-rings for the base of the 3 way valve shaft - and he is sending them to melb for free!!

now thats what i call customer service
and thats always been the way with these guys

Same sort of experience with me too. Always excellent service, courteous, friendly and efficient.... Pedro and Cilinia are right at the top of my list when ever I need something even remotely related to coffee hardware 8-)

have to agree with you guys

i purchased some items a few weeks back and the customer service i received was exceptional, so much so it gave me a real good feeling, the communication was very impressive

i wont hesitate in purchasing from the Coffee Parts team in the future and thoroughly recommend them as well
