I have done about 7 roasts already, and everytime I clean the chaff and brush it, but how often do I need to actually do the proper cleaning? and what are the things I should do?
Every 5-10 roasts its worth washing the chaff collector out with soapy water
The inside of the drum will get a brown tinge over time that is near impossible to remove but it doesnt affect the roasts; in fact it may add to them
The air intake is underneath the Gene, make sure it is clear after each session.
