Hi CSers Im new to the world of the corretto roaster. I had a look around the forums but couldnt really find the answer so I thought I would start a new topic. So I have 2 main questions as follows:
1) What is or where would be an ideal starting position for the tip of the heat gun (HG) in relation to the bread makers (BM) removable basket eg. where the beans go with the mixer part. I know it may vary from bean to bean and personel preferences with the roast you are doing. So Im just looking for a good starting pint.
2) Has anyone tried different nozzel attachments in the Corretto ie. the spaded/flattened attachment or the more directed attachment. I have noticed with a spaded attachment that the heat isnt as intense at the same distance from the HG. So I would just like to know if anyone has used different nozzels with there setup
