Hey rival81,
What method did you use to roast the yirg and what CS level.
Cheers
I missed yirg last beanbay, but have done plenty in the past (corretto)- a definite favourite.
I prefer a slower roast, say about 12 mins to FC, then another 6 mins to SC. Pull roast just into SC, before it gets into Rolling SC. Should be about CS9-10. Rest at least 1 week for best results.

Im with Greg. 12mins to FC and then either at the first snips of SC or just a wee bit into SC depending on what you prefer.
My last roast was taken at the start of SC at around CS9
My roast for Yirg is the same as Greg and bjeck14, 12-13min to FC then 5-6min to first snaps of 2C and cool quickly. CS9.
I dont like going too far into 2C as the roast starts to dominate.
On the Hottop I got to FC after 13.5 min @ 195, pulled at early RSC 5.5 min later @ 209 (enviro sensor).
Results at 1 week...spectacular. Spicy chocolate, still tasting it 20 minutes later!
