Well, I had picked up a popper to start the roasting career. A combination of poor time management, overfull schedule and plain old procrastination had left it neglected. Pulled it out last saturday(eventually), chimney fitted in prep. for a sunday roasting then everything changed ;D
I pick up a lovely little Hottop this saturday morning, and anticipate my first roast completed within the hour of arrival. But what to roast....Ive been building a nice stash of green since March BeanBay, as well as a starter pack which holds Eth. Sidamo, Guate. HueyDewey n Louie Tango SHB, Congo Matadi, and Ind. Madikeri A. Also have some MTE Bin 35, and some Yemen Bani Ismail and Mexican Organic c/- some friendly CSers. (Are there any other kind)
Have absolutely no idea where to start, prob. going to stroll through this thread to find a bean that will pose as few problems as possibe for my cherry solo run.
Looking forward to getting stuck in, and sharing how things go.

The waters deep, but you only have to worry about the sharks up the far end of the pool...just flail your arms and swimming will come naturally.
