Im planningot build a Corretto and was given a bread maker today: a Sunbeam Bakehouse BM001.
Just wondering if anyone else has used this BM for roasting? I didnt get a manual so Im just fiddling with the various cycles to see if I can find a dough cycle that runs long enough. So far it seems to go 15 mins then stops.
The dough cycle also seems to run for a couple of minutes then pause for a few seconds then start up again. Is this ok or does the stirring need to be constant?
If I can get this to work then Ill have the Corretto up and running this weekend
