This has probably been discussed lots but was wondering what mods you can do to slow down a popper roast? Im guessing this has been done before also but what would be wrong with turning the popper off for 30 seconds or so a few times during the roast to keep the temp from rising to quickly? i tried it yesterday and it took longer of course but havent tried cupping yet. Has anyone had any success with doing this?
