finally got a roast/blend im really happy with.. 3 parts malawi and 1 part uganda..

i think my issues with previous roasts is that i was roasting the beans too quickly, now i take a bit more time and im very pleased.. just thought id share

looking at it closer it looks like instant or chocolate
;D, lol KK, are you saying you saved the avatar to your harddrive, then opened it in an editing program like photoshop, zoomed in, cleaned up the image up to identify the origin of the instant coffee KK!
    ;D ;D
    Nah
I can pick the tell-tale signs of instant coffee or chocolate in the form of liquefied crystal balls forming when exposed to humidity or moisture

    Can anybody else spot it
Even in that small picture ?

Also noted there was no SC with this one, or if there was it was very very quite..

tasted the Malawi AA this morning.. wow, very impressed..

i tried slow roasting this one (no cover on the popper) so not sure if that contributed to the end result? Also noted there was no SC with this one, or if there was it was very very quite..

brewing photos you say.. will give it a crack..

50mm lens is cheap as chips and gives some pretty nice results!
