So after my initial success with the TO Roaster, Ive fixed my base & built a cooler to go with it. Did a couple of roasts tonight, another Ethiopian Gambella Sundried, and a Brazillian Pulped Natural. In hindsight I should have waited until tomorrow & daylight since it looks like Ive pulled both of them a bit early. Perhaps I should just call them cupping roasts :
The culprit I think is my new cooler, which is far too effective (cools the beans to room temp in under 2 minutes), so the beans havent kept coasting along that little longer like they did with my first sieve ->bowl->sieve cooled roast.
