Does this do chaff removal too?
    Not adequately.

In my opinion: winnowing is still world best practice for chaff removal.

Pardon my presumption KK, but do you think the unloader Mk 2 is KKTO compatible?

    Regards
    Lindsay
    I like it 8-)
It is only as compatible as your individuality

If it works for you and you are happy with it then I am smiling with you ;D : ;D

Reborn KKTO and Corretto Unloader and Bean Cooler

    Hi CSrs,

Back in October 09 we had the Mk 1 now we Have the Mk 2
    More simple
    More compact
    More professional (well amateurishly so)
A recycled 10 litre plastic pale and lid in which a metal sieve fitted snugly part way down the pale.
In the lower half a hole was cut to tightly fit the pickup of a vacuum cleaner
Another hole was cut in the lid and a piece of similar metal tube was inserted and connected to a flexible wire supported hose donated by a mate
I partially collapsed the end of another piece of metal tube and fitted the straight cut end into the pickup hose.
When suction is applied hot beans can be drawn into the sieve to cool them or they could be transferred to a cooler of choice.
The sieve was $4.50 from a $2 type shop (Hot Bargains, Preston Vic).

Pardon my presumption KK, but do you think the unloader Mk 2 is KKTO compatible?

    Regards
    Lindsay
