Hi.
Im new here, so forgive me if Im asking something stupid/already asked.
It seems that everyone here puts a chimney on their popper, but several sites on the web dont mention doing this.
What are the benefits? Is it only being able to fit more beans? Or stopping them from flying out? Does it alter the temp/time profile?Or are there other reasons?
Thanks.

. The use of a chimney should allow you to roast up to 140g keep the beans in and slow things down....all of which are bonuses.
