New to this roasting malarkey, Id just like to say if you have a popcorn maker like mine with a clear polycarbonate/plastic lid (which would normally direct popcorn out sideways and down), it melts at coffee roasting temperatures. Im sure lots of you are aware of it, but I wasnt. I did wonder why people were putting silly tins on theirs, now I know
