dont know if youve rousted at home in the past or not, for me and the behmor i just use the exhaust fan in the kitchen which just copes
could always rig up some sort of direct extraction system with a fan, shouldnt be too tricky if you have a dedicated roasting space

How do you deal with smoke?
Im just about to get a 2kg Solar roaster by coffee tech and start roasting at home, not sure how to solve the smoke issue.
Ive read a few different opinions about how best to deal with the smoke, Im leaning towards the "Just flue it out the door and let te breeze do the rest" side of the coin.
Any ideas on: 1) How much smoke to expect? 2) How to deal with it?
