    If you have any Peru Ceja de Selva, I would recommend starting with that one as it is a pretty friendly bean that delivers a nice even roast.

    Colombian Volcan Galeras Supremo is another good one if you have it.

    Hi, i will be roasting for the first time this week. Should i be starting with a soft or hard bean and are there certain beans that are more forgiving on us roasting newbies..thanks..
