probably sounds like a stupid question but it is genuine- but why?
im really interested because im still enjoying my 25 year espresso making journey and am still finding out so much- the more you know the more you realise how little you know!
im enjoying the caffe bianchi blends im using- etrusco in particular- dark and rich, and am wondering is the popcorn method the best to start with?
is it just like home brewing- cheap and on tap (home brewers would no doubt disagree!) or do you genuinely get better results?
if it is the go, what to try and where from?
