Im new in this forum, but I´ve checked several treads which has helped me in the pursuit of the golden drops of espresso
I have recently invested in a Gene Cafe, which have giving me som great results of home roasting, but the roasted beans have no smell after done roast ! I would have guess that the smell would develop within 1-2 days, but it hasn´t.
I use green beans from Uganda Bududa AA Farm Mountain and my roasting time is set to 16.5 min with 241 degrees.
I get a great color of the beans, but no smell like purchased roasted beans from the local shop.
Can any experienced members give some advise on this problem?
