  • How did BM/HG roasting became known as Corretto?

Say, how did the BM/HG setup came to be known as Corretto? A google search on corretto only reveals a type of coffee drink which is an espresso laced with some liquor...

            Sure can,

And if that doesnt reveal enough info for you, then you can use the trusty Google "Site Search" function to really drill down into the archives.... e.g. this keyword string - roasters site: coffeesnobs.com.au - will turn up a veritable wealth of info about roasting and roasting methods referenced to/from CS.....

            Cheers,
            Mal.
