    10 heat guns?
The heat control would be great as youd be able to adjust each gun individually.

Id love to see photos. And OH the heat! What about all that hot grease turning to oil and oozing out of the bearing?
    Interesting idea tho.

I think a couple of people here have thought of this previously but its getting to the size of a small end commercial setup and if you are wanting to do those types of quantities you really need to use a setup where you can obtain both the quality and consistency.

My question would be, is this a hobby or a commercial venture done on the cheap? To get the results required i think it just gets harder and harder as you increase the qty roasted.

I would however be interested to see how you progress with this line of thinking as i have thought it is possible but have erred on the side of caution and where i am selling larger qtys of coffee i obtain a quality blend from a contract roaster because if nothing else the outcome is consistent from batch to batch.

Another idea based on the Coretto?

A cement mixer & industrial gas blow heater ?

There are food grade mixers that look like cement mixers.

The gas blow heater can be bought from that large green hardware store.

Working...
