Im sure it will turn green beans brown quite well - but the only variable is the time I think.

It will need some Popper type modifications to control the heat - and youre going to battle to get the beans out quickly enough for a decent cooling cycle.

For the price it may be justified for experimentation purposes.

Looking at the drum in AMs post I would think it would be easier then the Behmor as it has a handle for you to lift out and dump in your bean cooler..

            Cheers Gra..

couple of things to consider will be

airflow, maybe a small fan underneath and a top vent?
element location might scorch the beans or worse still catch the chaff on fire ?
will it get to temp in under 20 minutes with a little airflow?

Still worth a go I reckon

I reckon this is worth a SNOB MOD star; and that some one needs to put their hand up for it..

If it works... Who would need a popper..

"My Rotisserie" is 600 Watts and 230-240 voltage

Could be a bit light on... But depending on other things... Could be a go...

If not... Will do the odd chicken pieces.. Roasted capsicum and or other veggies etc...
