    I'm not willing to misrepresent myself as an expert on the subject, but I'd say no. Chaff on my verandah has never attracted increased evidence of rodents, and we've had a mild plague of mice on the region lately.

    It does, however, highlight cobwebs quite well.

    Are rats, mice, etc attracted to chaff?

    I roast in my garage and as there's often plenty of dust on the floor I don't worry too much about cleaning up the chaff that falls on the floor.

    Should I worry about rats, or any other wildlife being attracted by the chaff?
