They came out perfect. After 32 hours I still can't see any oil, but when I tried to clean the Aeropress the oil was difficult to get off the rubber plug, as well as the spoon I used to stir, and in fact this is the first time I felt it difficult to clean coffee oil off my appliances, and coffee tastes like coffee again, no grassy taste.
Basically I used 1/4P -> Start on 4 batches, waiting an hour until I did my next batch, and then placed them in on container, each batch sitting on the other. I used the last batches roasting time (10:30pm) as the starting point for my countdown until drink time, which was listed as at least 24 hours.
My next roast will take place when I get a new air tight container in order to let the new roast sit for many days. I will go for a full pound this time. I am using a shot glass to measure the weight, 2oz = 0.125 pounds, is this an issue?
I love my Behmor, it really is enjoyable watching coffee roasting, and the smell occupies the whole house until the next day.
