Had my first go at roasting the Brazilian Pulped Natural beans in my Behmor.

As I am unsure how dark these beans should be, ideally, I am after some feedback.

I used the following settings:

1/4lb
P3
C

No cracking with 1minute to go so increased time by 30seconds ... had my finger hovering on COOL just in case

Leaving them to rest now.

The picture is the beans straight out the Behmor.
