Ok, despite the prolific number of posts Ive made, I am after all, a novice to roasting.
Im in wonder of how each coffee has different roasting characterstics and each develops a distinctly different aroma. Ive only tried the four in the most recent starter pack. Today I roasted the last of the 2.4kg and have also consumed maybe 500-600gm that 2mcm sent me - I would have been totally out of beans probaby by next weekend if not for a purchase from one of our sponsors (Coffee Hit)...eek, Im drinking a lot of coffee!!!!!!!
Back to the point of why I started this topic - all the roasts apart from the robusta smell divine. The robusta doesnt smell that good to me (I said Robusta, not Robusto ;D ;D ;D) but actually tastes terrific.
