Id like to hear from people as to what kind of tastes come out from different profiles, roast level being equal. Ie expected differences in flavours from a roasts completed in 10,15,20 or 25 minutes
I would also like to hear what kind of roasting times/profiles people had for their favorite roasts. (the ones that you remember being amazing.)
There is plenty of conflicting information out there with many people saying to keep roasts below closer to 15min for second crack and some people saying to push the times right up past 20 minutes and beyond for second crack.
Im also curious what do the pros do? or is it a secret
