Thought i would put up a post regarding this course that Chris offers Our training courses | Talk Coffee
I spent around 3 hours with Chris this morning, we worked through roasting (whilst talking about profiles) on his new commercial machine (awesome piece of kit) to a Gene cafe and a Behmor, then onto cupping (compared all the roasts), and blends/blend development, chris also supplied a sample of one of his roasts, plus beans from every roast i participated in and a bunch of reading material that ill go through tonight.
I got much more than my moneys worth in my eyes, and madly scratched out extra notes on a notepad i found when i got back to my car (can't trust my memory and we spoke about so much!!!)
I Highly recommend home roasters that are interested in bettering their outcomes/learning more take a look at the course it was fantastic
