5 minute rest and directly into grinder; through 15g standard basket R Silvia set for 6.5bar, 36 seconds for 19.5g BVM
Slightest roasted caramel notes and a refreshingly different and almost mushroom-like funkiness not at all unpleasant. 1/2 teaspoon of chaff remaining in Behmor was very tidy indeed!
