        The recommended max roast size is 400 gr, but i am known to push my Behmors beyond they intended domestic usage (As alluded by Andy ). 500 gr is doable subject to ambient temp (I roast smaller batches in cooler months) and pre heating.

        These Behmors are built to last. Mine are still well and alive after being used for back to back roasting on most days, which is clearly not what most home roasters would do

        Good luck and let us know how you enjoy roasting with 2 behmors side by side.

            Ok - you're on: I'm doing 501g next roast (if I kill it it's my own fault).

                have to say Im nailing my roasts put through 5kgs in the last few days no problem, and great profiles!

                about the only 'fault' so far occurred when I was running both at once and one roasted failed to finish the roast on time - but that was because the other wasnt plugged in properly and must've been drawing too much power! Other than that no problems!
