      Actually, I brew it any number of ways depending on my mood at the time...
      Going from Espresso, AeroPress, Syphon, Hario Pour-Over and then start over again. Each brew method seems to bring out different aspects of the bean's flavour profile.
      If I had to nail down a preference, it would probably be the Syphon; just sublime...
