Gday all,
I just finished roasting up a batch of Ugandan Bugisu AA and I noticed something funny whilst doing the roast.
Whilst listening intently for the snaps, crackles and pops, I looked down and saw something white flying around in the bean mass. I thought a moth or another white bug had flown into the Corretto, I was mistaken. On closer inspection, I discovered a popped piece of corn floating around
.
I couldnt stop the roast or pull out the corn, so I left it there throughout. I wonder if it will impart any extra flavours into the beans ;D.
Ive added a pic, it shouldnt be too hard to spot.
All the best.
