    I would've thought they'd be a fairly soft bean that would be no good for using the P1 setting on as its too hot. I'd try P3, P4 or P5.

    I roasted some Mareeba Peaberry in my Behmor (200g) on P5D (manual as well), and pressed P2 (25% power) at first crack, run 30 seconds and cool. Gentle heat seems best.
