Hi,
I have recently bought a air fryer which has a roasting cage which turns. It appeares to be good for coffee roasting. I have attempted to roast coffee in it. It goes up to 250 degrees C and have tried varying temps, times and bean amounts. It appears the beans do not expand that much and still tastes a bit green. The colour seems to be okay but the fryer seems to be drying out the beans too much. Does anyone have any ideas for me to try...?
Maybe its just not good enough to roast the beans...
Thanks
