    Tried a 400g roast of Costa Rica Tarrazu Guadalupe using Joe's method on the Behmor 1600 + and it came out great!

    400g Costa Rican
    400 START
    D
    P5 (or P1 program)
    First Crack
    C
    ++
    P3
    Run to COOL

    Very nice. Just prior to second crack.

      The Guadalupe is fantastic through the Hario. Excellent coffee!

          I'm getting some of the Flores Gunung Inerie; drove right by that volcano 16 years ago and saw coffee growing and drying on the side of the road. I can't wait to try it!
