Not out of the box. Someone reverse engineered it though and posted about it on this forum.

This is correct. Artisan doesn't accept HID (human interface device) which is what the headsnob is. But someone with much more brains than myself figured it out via writing a program or reprogramming Artisan or something like that. Not easy but it's possible.
My advice is choose your roasting software first and then buy the appropriate thermometer to match.

I am low on the tech side of this but is the Yocto an HID? I put one on about 8 months ago, I think it was the first thing ever that worked so smoothly and seamlessly with any monitoring software, In Artisan it has dedicated setup

Hello and welcome Paolo,
When you say pc has full control but not heater and fan, what do you actually have full control of?
Can you provide a bit more info please?
Is the heater and fan control connected to OT1 and OT2 respectively?

Hmm. I'm using Artisan running on a Raspberry Pi3. It's running v1.2.0 now. No problems controlling everything and have it automatically controlling the roast from start to finish via alarms. Hottop 2k+
Was really pumped to get it running on the Pi. I'm running Raspbian Stretch (latest version on the Pi) and the Artisan is built for Jessie but it installed and runs perfectly. Very consistent roasts year round. I'm triggering the control via been temperature.
