Thanks Matt, I actually just read a post of yours from last year, solid advice, gives me a starting point at least!

Roasting Sidamo Ardi in Behmor for Filter

Morning fellas/ ladies, i'm going to roast up some Ardi soon in the Behmor, aiming for filter roast so around the CS8/9. Im wondering if anyone has any advice on roasting this particular bean, any profile that seems to get the best out of the bean?

I normally go through a quick pre-heat, aim for a reasonably rapid ramp up (p1), then taper off on p3 and pull it as soon as the rolling crack starts, or just before.

I'm a massive fan of this bean when i buy it from a local roaster, just blue berries for days, so really want to try nail it!

    Cheers, have a good week!

    Nate
