Hey CS home roasters,
Just doing my first "experiments" with roasting using a popper, but already keen to upgrade to something for roasting 150-250g at a time .... maybe a Behmor Plus - once I must up enough $.
About to put in an order on BeanBay. Apart from the Peru Ceja de Selva A, is there any other recommendations that will be easy to roast in a popper. I'm a milk based espresso coffee drinker. Prefer something full bodied on the slightly stronger side to cut through the milk and with enough crema to help me practice my latte art
. Not really into sweet or acidic flavours or anything too funky that is going "dance on my tongue"
Any help and recommendations will be of great help with my roasting journey
