1: no interference.
2: Smooth settings are okay.
3: air/bean/air/bean is what the probe is reading and displaying!
Nup. Roast looks great, bean taste great... just enjoy!Now the coffee tastes pretty bloody good so should I worry about it anyway?

Roast Monitor & Temperature readings
Hi Team,
So i'm looking for some help here!
I would like to know if
1. You think i'm clearly getting some interference with the probe readings of the temperature or
2. All I need to do is adjust some of the smoothing settings.
I have a bad probe inside the Behmor. It is a similar one described that Artman did. Running inside the spinning cog. It sits in the beans and misses the mixing blades.
Wondering if the beans hitting the probe are causing the "jagged" lines in the results? Wouldn't have thought so with all the other setups I see.
If I adjust the smoothing rating... what should I move it to? It is currently at 10.
Should I change the readings to only every 3 seconds instead?
# Smoothing for weighted average degrees/minute.
degreesPerMinSmoothing=10
Now the coffee tastes pretty bloody good so should I worry about it anyway?
Thanks in advance.
