Good afternoon wise ones,
I have a Behmor with the probe mounted from the side as per the template, hooked to a Victor 88B and laptop.
Interesting I noticed the probe temp launch into the stratosphere on a 200g P3B roast.
On inspection I notice the hole drilled through the inner wall provided an interference fit on the probe.
Heat sink issue I thought.
Opened the hole up a mil or so, so that the probe does not touch the inner wall and voila ... same result.
Roast monitor is set up correctly, the Victor is set up correctly.
Can anyone please provide same sage advice.
Many thanks
