    I think most people suggest roasting the beans separately at first. Especially if they are different sizes, etc.

    Get to know how they roast by themselves, then if they take around the same amount of time to roast, possibly, try roasting them together. If their roast profiles are too different you are probably better roasting them apart (or youll end up with a very uneven roast).

    As for the blend.. I have no idea - havent tried either of them yet.

    Newbie roasting blends question

    I was thinking of creating a 90/10 blend of either Brazil Monte Carmelo/ Indian Bababudangiris Robusta OR
    Colombian Volcan Galeras/ Indian B Robusta. Now, do I roast them separately and then add them 90/10 together or do I mix them when theyre green and roast them together?
