Anyone use one of these Heatguns for roasting?

I've used an Ozito heat gun with variable temp for over years now and it's still going strong. I doubt the surface sense would work properly when roasting beans.

The thing I love about the Bosch is that I can use the identical temperature settings but fan 2 for a 350g batch and fan 3 for a 750g batch – and get the same end result in the cup. Very handy!

Do you realise the Proheat gun you referenced is 120 volt, for the US market.

Agree with Matt and Yelta...
No need to spend this (questionable) sort of money on a heat gun for roasting coffee.
Several high quality and "Tradie" rated HGs can be purchased for between AUD$100-200.00
