  • NESCO ROASTER RESULTS

I just picked up a Nesco Roaster (formerly Zach and Danis).

Now im new to roasting my own beans. Ive been buying from local roasters for the last 2yrs.

After modifying my gaggia to its limits I had nothing to play with...so I decided to purchase this roaster

with a little nudge from a fellow blogger "george" to try it out.

Im kind of Blown Right out of the water with the results. I have never in the past 2yrs ever tasted anything

as good as what i just drank 2minutes ago. Its the strangest thing. I never knew fresh roasted beans

could make such a difference?....Ive seen people say it but i never thought it would be so rewarding.

    Well.

    Thats all.

ps. first one was chalk full of floral scents and had a buttery smooth flavour

    cheers

If you can control the voltage and the ambient temp around the roaster youll find it is a very precise roaster with consistently repeatable roasts based on time. I ran one for the better part of a year before upgrading.

I wore out my old Zach & Dani roaster, before I "upgraded" to an I Roast2. Glad to hear youre success story.
