    I was doing like two shot glasses full of greenies. In the end I was weighing and probably wouldn't put more than 60-70g in (small batch I know, I'd roast a couple usually at a time). Mine would go for about 13 mins before second crack but it depends on the weather, how many beans etc. Make sure you stir them a bit in the earlier stages to keep the heat distributions even. Once they start to develop they lighten a bit and start to spin around in the popper.
