  • Bean to roast with leftover Columbia Geisha

I have 50 grams left of the Columbia Geisha leftover and want to roast it together with a similar bean in a Kaffelogic roaster. Any advice CS?

The Costa Rica Miel at a pinch but I wouldn't be blending it if I didn't have to.

In fact, I'm enjoying a 2 week old Colombian Geisha out of the Brazen right now, stunning coffee off the grinder and in the cup (still).

Thanks Andy, and I do have some of the Costa Rica.

It's determined by the number of posts you have.

The best thing to add to the Colombian Geisha would be more Colombian Geisha. Buy another bag . At a pinch, you could add a 'mild' bean such as a Brazilian which won't compete with the Geisha as much.
