    El Sal beans are a beautiful looking roasted product - I can attest to this in my own experience also... And they taste great also.. expect some nutty flavours ;-)

    The aroma coming off these this morning is totally amazing - just on first crack there was a smell like cider vinegar, wild, the smell this morning is so rich I am at a loss to describe it. I think first cupping might have to come 24 hours early.

    I managed to get my hands on some Cup-of-Excellence beans - 6th place from El Salvador with a rating of 90 points.
