Hey there. From years of living in the USA I am addicted to dark - very dark (aka french roast) and have not had much success getting them in Oz. This turned me to experimenting with roasting in a popcorn maker on the weekend and man, Im hooked! 
Been surfing through this forum for a FAQ or Sticky with the basics but havnt found much (or ive been having a boy look). Can you direct me to good links on what i should be doing for a good roast? also is there a good green bean thats good for dark roasts? and a good place to buy em?
