This afternoon while roasting tiger mountain in one gene and yellow bourbon in the other I noticed something new. 8-)
If exaggerated, the yellow bourbon could be said to have a softer sound while rolling around in the pyrex - like tennis balls in a drum; the sound of the tiger was sharper - like marbles against glass.
I wonder if this is due to the shape, hardness of the bean, or a combination of both? :-/
