    Hi All-
    Im about to go and collect my very first load of Panama Boquete Gran da Val greens... Im very excited!
    I would love some roasting tips from anyone out there with any experience of roasting a Panama Boquete.

    My own attempts at Boquete were inconclusive (I only had one kg).

    Its a high altitude region, usually classified SHB.

    So when I try again Ill start with "hard bean" techniques e.g. as
    recently discussed in the Yemen thread.

    Will be interested to hear how it goes.

      Ive only got 1.5kg myself, hence the post- wanting to get it close to right before I run out!
      Ill look through some SHB threads as you suggested- should be a good start.
