I did a roast of Decaf this morning in Perth.
As usual I roasted outside under the patio, which has yet to cause me a problem until this morning.
It was bitterly cold today, with lots of rain and cold wind.... that being said, we were roasting in a reasonably wind proofed area.
I roasted for 22 mins, and the cracks were very difficult to hear.... The beans look the right colour, and smoked quite a bit.... I think theyll be alright... I guess Ill find out tomorrow.
Has anyone else had touble with cold/wet weather effecting their roast quality?
