My first try was posted yesterday. My second attempt is Daterra "Sweet Collection" from Cuppacoffee using Chief popper. This time I used a chimney and that stopped my beans jumping out. It alkso let me differentiate between beans hitting on the plastic rim and the beautiful crack sounds. This unit really spins and mixes 100g with ease. Not sure about bigger quantities.

First crack was around 8 mins and 2nd crack close to 18mins total time. I then left it post 2nd crack for 30 seconds. Why? I just thought it would be a good idea! Still have to do some mods thanx to info from "Iconiq" but getting security screws out of unit has me stumped at the moment.

Earlier I tried to roast with my Black and Decker and even though it pops corn quicker than the Chief unit it does not have the power to stir the beans, even with a little help at the start. Because of this, I guess, some of  the beans were burning after about 45 seconds.

Any criticism or tips welcome to help improve my popper roasting.
