    You'd have to fit some internal lifting plates to the rotisserie drum to ensure adequate agitation and mixing.
    Some small dimension aluminium angle would be perfect...
    Also, if the drum rotational speed is quite slow, this will limit batch size somewhat. At least 30 rpm should be the aim.

    Also interested.... I have a kmart air fryer with a rotissier cage, so it rotates slowly. Could have some potential, but I have no experience with home roasting.

    Does the air fryer have any agitation going on? I can't see it working without something moving the beans around.

    I did a quick search and couldn't find anything since 2017 regarding roasting in an air fryer.

    There is Kmart's 11L unit and Aldi has another unit coming on sale in a week or so which is 16L.

    Are these viable for roasting? I have an old Coretto unit but I'm trying to make it smaller in footprint to save room.
