I have been roasting with my corretto roaster (breadmaker) for years and can do it with my eyes closed.
Of late I have been left with a roast containing perhaps 5% yellow under roasted beans. This happens with many different single origin roast of good quality beans of various sporting processes.
I spoke with Andy from beanbay and he believes that it is possibly the more dense beans staying at the bottom of the roasting 'pot'.
My question is, has anyone else had this problem with my style of roaster and if so did you modify the paddle to lift the beans during agitation.
Thanks
